Commissions are for non-commercial, personal use only. You are welcome to use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or personal display—but you may not use it for profit in any form (e.g., merchandise, NFTs, monetized content, etc.).

I retain full rights to the artwork.

You may not upload my artwork into any AI generator or use it to train AI in any way.

I may post the artwork to my social media or portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise. I will ask for permission before including it in my portfolio.

If you share or repost the artwork online, please credit me as @alpy_alpaca on Twitter.

Prices listed are at minimum base rates and may vary depending on complexity or additional fees. Please understand I am still learning about pricing and may adjust quotes accordingly.

Right to Decline

I reserve the right to decline any commission if:

I feel it is beyond my current skill level

It includes content I am uncomfortable with or do not offer (a list of what I will and won't do is at the bottom)

Please allow up to 3 months for completion of your commission. I am currently a college student and may not be available for regular updates, but I will do my best to keep you informed.

Rush orders are not possible.

Standard update points: rough sketch → lineart → flat colors → final check

Payment is accepted via Stripe invoice only.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after the rough sketch is approved.

The remaining balance must be paid in full after the lineart is approved, before I continue the work.

If you cancel before the sketch is approved: a partial refund is possible (I retain 25% of the total cost).

If I cancel the commission at any stage, I will issue a partial refund based on completed work (I retain 25% minimum).

If the commission is canceled due to inappropriate or aggressive behavior, I will issue a 50% refund and terminate the project immediately.

During the commission process, I will send updates at the following stages:

Rough Sketch (approval needed to proceed)

Lineart (approval needed to continue)

Flat Colors (for preview)

Final Check (before final delivery)

You may request up to four (4) minor revisions during the final check stage. Any major changes requested after lineart approval may incur an additional fee.

Final files will be sent as high-resolution PNG files, and watermarked.JPEGs for social media sharing.

No physical items will be shipped.

Please provide clear visual references for your commission.

I may decline requests with only written descriptions, or charge extra if I need to interpret vague details.

The more complete your references, the more accurate and efficient I can be!
